Jan 8, 2003 Aroma has pepper, honey and cinnamon. Sweetish, hopbitter, yeasty flavor with honey, citrus and apple. Some strange dustiness. Just a bit thin for a triple, nevertheless a good beer.

Oct 15, 2002 Has a nice clean aroma and taste. Notes of various fruits with a sweet-tart play on the tongue. Some spice and pepper thrown in.

May 15, 2005 Habersham Beverage Warehouse, Savannah, Ga. - 330 ml bottle. Pours a murky golden-orange with a wispy, creamy white head and good lacing. Yeasty aroma with some earthy, malty notes. Flavor has a hint of lemon with some biscuity, malty back end notes. Very earthy and green. Mouthfeel is decently thick, not too spritzy. Quite refreshing.

Mar 22, 2003 Now this is a different Triple. Fruity malty and yeasty. Lots of lingering yeast in glass. Finishes very dry.

Aug 28, 2007 Apologies, but I can not remember who opened this at the Cellars tasting. Thanks, though! Gold color with a thin head. Both the aroma and the flavor are packed with sugary malt. No real hop bitterness, no spices, no yeastiness... Just sugary malt. Tasty enough for me!

Mar 27, 2004 Hazy orange, faint greenish shine; good yellowish head, slightly irregular. Vanilla, alcohol, grassy nose. Alcohol and burnt caramel determine the character. If "Zatte" (=drunk) was the idea, it's on the spot. But this is far from easily drinkable. Yet reasonably refreshing. Full, slightly slick mouthfeel. Alcoholwarming. Straw/hayflavour in the aftertaste. Quite decent beer, technically excellent. But the sweet, alcoholic taste makes it pretty difficult to enjoy fully.
