Commercial Description:
A golden Tripel-style ale. A little lighter in alcohol, but not in flavor, than Westmalle, and more drinkable. It matches the best of Belgium.

Cloudy peach loaded with swirling sediment and carbonation that appears to originate from the sediment on the bottom of the glass. Weird. Thin off white head (slow pour as this sucker was hissing when I uncapped it). Moderate carbonation, as said. Sweet/tart aroma with light tropical fruit, spices and hamster cage (after a turd dropping). Bubbly body with the sweet/tart flavor and a light tangerine + peel flavor. Spicy but not herby. Not much malt depth and the carbonation gets in the way of letting any flavor settle in. Dry aftertaste with a yeasty bite. Zero hint of alcohol. Finishes tart and dry and yeasty. Very un-trippel like. Decent.

Yellow to orangish color with a quickly dissapaiting white head. Aroma of mushrooms and mold and some cheese funk. A bit of bittereness and peppercorn in the body. weird.

I’m giving this an estimate for the appearance because it was pitch black when i drank it. But it tasted like it wouldve looked nice. slightly tangy, yeasty and sour for a tripel. thick and dusty and dry at finish.

Bottle poured a hazy golden yellow with a large lasting white head. Aromas of pineapple, pear, banana, light spice and light straw. Palate was light to medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of straw, pear, light honey and light spice with a smooth lightly dry fruity finish.

Gold pour with a bit of sediment floating in it and a short lived fizzy white head. Sweet and dry aroma with a subtle hint of fresh fruit and slight funk. Very delicate, dry and sweet flavor with some lemon, grass and green apple. There’s just a faint hint of barnyard and little bit of pepperiness. Medium thin body with tingly carbonation. A very delicate an drinkable version of a triple.
