Oct 9, 2008 Bottle. Wow, why is this so low? Quite solid IMO. Absolutely beautiful pour, very cloudy sand color with an amazing head, rivaling that of Houblon Chouffe. Nice American hops in the aroma with a fair bit of funky Belgian yeast. Doughy and fresh. Wonderful body, lots of Belgian spices, pumpkiny, with some big, brash hoppiness backing it up in the finish. Very yellow hops. Easy drinking for 10%. A solid offering all around.

Oct 8, 2008 Pours hazy golden color with huge rocky white head. Bready aroma with lots of alcohol and some hops. Citrus flavor with bitter hops and a slight medicinal taste. Yeast dominates. Medium body with lively carbonation. I’ll stick with American DIPAs.

Oct 6, 2008 Muddy golden yellow with creamed head. Oranges, fruits, belgian yeast in hybrid with hops, hops, hops. Strange, but it works a bit. Anyway it’ll not be my first beer!

Oct 4, 2008 Updated: Nov 19, 2008A very hazy yellow/orange colored beer, with a huge white foamed head. The aroma is a little hop, with spices, and fruits like lime and orange. There are several spices which are not combine. It makes it very medical. The taste don’t makes it better, even not if the beer is getting warmer. It stays medical with a prevailing of spices like nutmeg and pepper.
Ratting 3/10, 3/5, 2/10, 2/5, 6/20.
A second tasting: The aroma was very hoppy, with some fruits and spices. The taste was bitter and yeasty of the hops. Some fruits a little citus with banana. Spices like pepper and gloves. The second tasting was much better.

Sep 24, 2008 (33cl bottle) Large and rocky off-white head atop murky apple cider body. Aroma is moderately sweet, orange, yeast/dusky, some herbal, light alcohol, grapefruit. Taste is moderately sweet, orange, some alcohol/medicinal, yeast, herbal. Soft, medium-full body.

Sep 6, 2008 Cloudy orange, with a huge, huge whate head, sturdy and strong, like an ox. Mostly vegetal, herbal aroma, with a few fruity notes. Very herbal flavor, and not really that pleasent. Some medicinal notes, too

Sep 4, 2008 Hazy golden with a big and lively head. Exotic fruits from Belgian yeast dominate the aroma with some grassy hops on the side. Malty, slightly sticky sweet flavour with grassy hop flavour and bitterness. Lots of yeast flavour in the finish - unpleasant stale yeast
