Commercial Description:
A dark and heavy ale - the strongest that the brewery has ever produced - in which three varieties of malt and two spices are utilised. It is brewed "in honour of" the Burgundian Babble Belt, a well known web-site on the Internet, where beer lovers can exchange all sorts of information.

33 cl. Bottle. Pours a murky red /orange with some head and good lacing. Bread dough and slightly wine like nose. Sweet fruit and malt with some bready notes. It finishes dry. Good beer.

Pours out a lighter brown color, head goes away quick. Smells of fruits ans sweet candy. Taste is similar, with the 12% not showing up in this. Very light mouthfeel, lots of carbonation. Not bad, not memorable enough to try again, and theres plenty of belgian strongs i can get that are alot better. When comparing to Rochefort 8, this loses. Still worth a try though.

Dark brown in color with massive tan head. Smell of spices and plums. Also tastes the same with slightly fizzy aftertaste. High alcohol content which was well hidden.

Bottle. Banana aroma, reminding me of a wheat bock. Very cloudy, dark brown colour. Small creamy head. Peppery, wheaty, yeasty flavour. Quite estery, malty in the good way.

Bottle. Red-ish with large, lasting head. Yeast, alcohol, pepper, spicy, sesame, dry finish, medium body, high carbonation. Special, yet nothing I see myself buying again.

Bottle. Pours a dark red copper with sediment in it. Clarity is high. Smells of Belgian candi sugar sweetness and alcohol. Body light for such a strong beer. Taste is not overpowering. Again that belgian sweetness. Nothing specal here really, its ok.
