Very very hazy brown reddish color with warm orange glow. This beer has a nice and cream long lasting froth. Aroma is spicy, slight sourish and also has barnyard accent. Hints of oxidized apples and lactic sournes are dominating the nose. The alcohol sent is also very much present in the smell and the taste. Mouthfeel is elegant and the beers has a good fizzy caracter. It is fruity, again oxidized fruit mash (Apricots, and cox apples) also cinnamon, yoghurt, and old cider dreched in a infuse of infected barrique. In the afthertaste the calvados caracterized taste and the sourish bitterness are taking the upperhand.

Brown. Lively carbonation forms a modest, spongy tan head. Nose is intense dark fruits, rich malt, alcohol, yeast, roasty caramel. Same flavors with candi sugar and spices. Some nice hop bitterness in the finish, also some earthy graininess. Smooth, medium body. Much lighter than expected. Way too easy to drink. Great brew. 3.4?
