Pours a medium hazy orange amber. Sweet with aromas of rye, dark fruits and pines. Also slightly portlike. Some breadyness.

Bottle. Reddish brown with a small head. Sweet in a nice way. Caramel - nuts - roasted malt with a very good aftertaste.

Bottle. Clear red brown coloured with an off white ehad. Aroma of malts, caramel, spices and dried fruits. Flavour of dried fruits and rye bread.

750 ml bottle poured a cloudy amber with a small, lasting white head. Aromas of apples, flowers, yeast and a hint of spice. Palate wasmedium bodied and dry. Flavor was malty, spice, and slightly astringent with a dry, lingering finish.

(750ml bottle) Pours a cloudy orangish brown body with a large beige head. Aroma of mustiness, orange peel, and caramel. Flavor of malt, toffee, and citrus.

Hazy orange-amber with a good , creamy white head. Cellar biere de garde-like aroma, a bit sour, spicy.. Sweet malt and sourly fruitiness, some refreshing citrus, very potent bitterness (as indicated by the humorous Bill Coleman label), ending dry. Long, spicy finish. A nice one!

The beer after it’s decapping and cork removal from the 750ml green bottle sets a winsome somewhat hazy orange, the head creamy white and the size tremendous, as it slowly evaporates, the residual lace forms a thick blanket to conceal the glass. Nose has hints of sour dough bread, sweet malt, citrus like in its crispness some what flowery from the hops, start is sweetly tart, nice grain presence, top is moderate in feel. Finish is personable in its acidity, the hops delightfully spicy, dry and lingering after taste, and a fine drinking beer worth a sample.

Off-white head tops a red/copper body. Rather sweet nose, with yeast and some spicy notes. Very sweet, orangey flavor, with caramel, a bit of bready yeast, fairly bitter finish. Wonderfully creamy mouthfeel despite some marked effervescence.
