Mar 18, 2007 Updated: Sep 2, 2007bottle uto. Opaque light brown (which could easily be mistaken for dirty water) with a spotty white head. Quite a bit of dusty sediment - I trust this is contributing to it’s strange cloudy appearance. It’s taken a while for the aroma to really come to life, but it’s still a bit weak - toffee, banana pancakes and treacle (yum). Taste is light, but nice - spiced apples and caramel. Finish is sharp and dry, slightly metallic. Creamy mouthfeel. Fairly good beer.

Mar 8, 2007 Bouteille de 330 ml obtenue via Importations Privées Bièropholie. Arôme: Odeur de caramel fruité et de d’agrumes. Apparence: La couleur est ambrée voilée avec une moyenne densité de bulle. Présence d’un large col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût d’houblon floral et de caramel. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Légère présence d’amertume en arrière goût. (Rating #892)

Mar 7, 2007 Hazey amber body with a small white head, fading. The aroma is banana, bubblegum and toffee. The flavor is bubblegum, alcohol, cloves, candi sugar, herbal, moderately dry. Meidum body with a soft texture.

Mar 4, 2007 Very bready tasting. nice amount of alcohol and a nice balanced spicey/sweetness. Almost a tobacco/dried-fruit flavor (tastes much better than it sounds). I found this to taste better with the yeast sediment in the glass, rather than left in the bottle.

Feb 27, 2007 Very hazy copper/dark amber with reddish hue and a nice offwhite head. Full of caramel, malt, peach and slightly spiced. Nice balance between sweetness and acidity.
