33 cl bottle. Reddish amber colour with a nice white head. Great aroma of yeast, dried fruit and hints of alcohol. Flavour of yeast, roastedness, chocolate, alcohol, dried fruit and with a quite dry and little sour finish. I like the aroma better that the taste.

Bottle: Poured a medium amber color ale with super big foamy head with great retention and good lacing. Aroma consists of sweet malt with some typical Belgian dry yeast. Taste of sweet malt with a dry Belgian yeast finish with no hops or spice really discernable. Body is quite filtrated with no alcohol being detectable. A bit weak in the flavour profile to make this really worthwhile but interesting nonetheless.

Bottle... Murky caramel-colored ale with a small, fizzy, off-white head and tons of floaties meandering about the glass. Good retention. Earthy, musty aroma... fruity, but stale. Sweet, lightly acidic and boozy flavor with lots of alcohol-drenched dates. Full-bodied with a coarse mouthfeel and prickly carbonation. Finishes sweet and a touch acidic.

Hazy dark amber hue, with a tan-colored foamy head, but falling and disappearing quickly, yeasty nose, with a fruity accent of plums, raisins, dates, ripe apples, with caramelized malts, a faint nutmeg spiciness in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate, with a yeasty fruity character of sweet raisins, plums, dates, but showing up a bad oxidation of DMS and cooked vegetables and a peaish note, sweet caramel malts, with a floral hops, with a well hidden alcohol for a dubbel at 9%, leading towards a malty, lingering hop bitterness finish.

Pours hazy amber with a two-finger off-white head. Very sweet aroma, with candied dates at the forefront. Honey and caramel are there, too, alongside a thick bready yeastiness. Very fruity flavor, mostly dates again, with a Belgian yeastiness that comes just before the swallow. Well done.

Pours a hazed brown amber, the color of strong Lipton iced tea, and topped by a quarter inch of sudsy foam. This reduces by more than half, but leaves good lacing. Stirring and dumping the yeast makes the beer cloudier. A raisin bread and dough yeast aroma is very pleasant. Mmmm... sweet and tart fruit and toffee malt combine for an exceptional flavor. Setting the glass down, I tasted sugared dates and dried fig. Yeast and strong black tea are in the finish. Tangy fruit, mild hops, and carbonated bubbles hang in the aftertaste. Medium in both body and fizz. Very drinkable, very enjoyable.
