Sourish - severe woody nose, even a bit mouldy, but in a nice way, vinous. Sourish-sweet taste, wood, dates, lactic acid, vintage wine. Medium bodied, typical texture of old alcoholic drink. Portwine notes in the aftertaste especially. Very nice beer, graced with age, with gave it an Oud Bruin characteristic. Papsoe (15109), Frederiksberg, Denmark
