Bottle. Cloudy, orangey amber with a medium head. Complex honey and floral yeast aroma. Sweet honey flavours which come out quite complex with a lot of spice character. Honey beer may not be my favourite style, but this beer goes beyond cloying sweetness. I would not mind another one.

2003 bottle: Cloudy amber with a short white head. Aroma is heavy matured (old bottle from Delerium cafe) Heavily sweet & light vinous. Close to be over the top but still nice! Amazing that the fools behind the bar could pull something like this!

Bottle: Light brown and orangish hazed, very small white head. Aroma is sweet malt and spice, the suttle smell of honey. Taste is a rich malt, with tea like characteristics with a sweet bite to it.

Bottle. High fluffy and lasting off-white head. Hazy dark orange body looking as if it has a lheavy carbonation. Honey aroma of course but also caramel butter and hops plus a bit of spices. Promising. First impression of the flavor is that it is indeed dominated by a heavy carbonation. Apart from that the beer is characterised by fruity although a bit acidic notes with a fair amount of hops bitterness and some caramel to sweeten it. Long bittersweet aftertaste. What a pleasure !

Bottle. Unclear, orange body, topped by a small, beige head. Cellar, honey, sweetness, some spices and sourness on the nose. The flavor is sweet and spiced, with some hops, honey and a touch of sourness. Medium to full body. Some herbal notes, sweetness and honey in the finish. Drinkable indeed, but not too interesting.
