May 13, 2005 33cL bottle. Copper/orange color with slight haze. The head is large, fine and lacy. The aroma has some sourness, yeast, berry, & orange. The flavor is apple, tart (lactic), & some honey. It is quite carbonated & refreshing. The carbonation brings out the beautiful aroma and flavor. Great beer Johan!

Mar 7, 2005 Dark blond beer with a small head. Initially the aroma is only honey but light hoppy tones slowly takes over. The taste is fresh, light sour and hoppy. It is rather low on carbonation. Neutral finish.
