Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is sweet malts, over-ripe dark fruit and some spices. A medium bodied BSA. The malts are caramel, dark fruits and fairly sweet. The hops are earthy. A touch spicy, grain of paradise and coriander, but mostly sweet malts and fruit. Nice carbonation. Hides the 11% alcohol very well. Would make a nice beer to sip on a cool winter evening. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is sweet. BoBoChamp (1404), Gent, Belgium
