fiulijn (5695), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Mar 18, 2008 Golden color; fizzy head that reduces too quickly. It has a lightly sour and woody aroma. It has a common flavor, but also a bit spicy, woody and sour; there are sweet nuts too. Refreshing.

Hazy copper color, with medium white head. Aroma = very special, bit fruity, sourness, malts. Medium body. Taste refreshing, fruity, dry, sour, yeast.
For me it’s better as the normal "Sleedoorn beer". sayravai (3000), Helsinki, Finland Jul 21, 2007 (Bottled in 2006) Hazy amber with a smallish head. Slightly tart, strangely berryish aroma with some vinous character. Quite stingy, tart and fruity, pretty dry flavor. At first it tastes pretty bad, but after a few sips you get used to it, and later on even start liking it. Yeast doesn’t affect the flavor much, but does cut the sharpest edges off. Medium-bodied, dry and tart palate with slightly foamy carbonation. This is quite a challenging brew, but still I’m happy it hasn’t been spoiled with excess sugar. Definitely recommended for all lambic lovers out there. I just wish I had tasted the actual berry before, so I could put things better into perspective. oberabcbbsok (642), Hoboken, Belgium May 14, 2007 A very complex and tastefull beer. You got as well the taste of fruits , something sour, and also it taste something dry and something that taste not to good. All those combinatios make this beer a beer above averag
