Hazy amber with tiny white head. Moldy aroma with sour berries. Flavor likewise with horrible moldy finish.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a crispy and collapsing pink head. Light lacto to brett and berry fruity aroma. Dry towards woody aroma. Dry woody and berry fruity flavour. Once again a mix between lacto and brett flavours. Berry acidic to citric flavour into the finish. Dry and woody.

Bottle unthanks to ronnie! Aghh utterly disgusting. Old damp cellar, woody fungus, inky bitterness. This bottle was not off, it just reminded me of finding a very very ugly part of a cellar where the yeast had been growing for months uncleaned from an old cask. Very reminisant of fallen angel.

Bottle, bought @ Tønden, Haslev.
Pours muddy red-orange with a small frothy white head. Aroma is light oranges, some apple, quite tart, seems dry. Somewhat spicy. High carbonation. Flavour is weirdly fruity. Very dry with a funny mustiness. Quite spicy. This is one weird brew, but not excactly bad.

Appearance: muddy burnt orange, huge creamy dirty white head, heavy drippy lace,
Aroma: big estery fruity aroma with lots of phoenolic spicyness and a strong musty brett funkyness,
Flavor: brett funky flavor is up front followed by the spicyness with the ester fruityness pulling up the rear and adding balance to the spice and funk, nice woody fruity tartness in the finish,

Aroma: 7/10; Appearance: 8/10; Flavor: 7/10; Palate: 6/10; Overall: 13/20
Rating: 3.4/5.0
Drinkability: 7/10
Score: **+/4

Bottled. Hazy copper color, short dying head. Bit dusty aroma, tart, some berries, bit yeast. Bit tart taste, some yeast, slight medicinal. Quite dry palate.

hazy light red coloured beer with some average carbonation and a very small head. Rather strange fruity and malty aroma. Full palate. Finish is fruity (probably the ’sleedoorns’ yeasty, with a light sour touch. Very special fruitbeer.
