Tap at Capital Ale House Innsbrook -- Cloudy gold body with a medium white head. Spice, yeast and pumpkin dominate the aroma. Spiced pupkin body with a bit of tartness evident. Apple rind ending, very nice.

Bottle @ Max’s: Hazy golden straw body with a large white head, lasting, showing some nice lacing around the glass. The aroma is bitter grass, sweet pale malts, caramel, light fruits, light spice. Taste is sweet pale malts, spices, floral hops, alcohol, cloves, light fruits. The alcohol does come through a bit after a few sips. Surprisingly (or not?) the pumpkin really doesn’t show through in the flavors. Clean and crisp mouthfeel, yet thick and full.

Bottle (from Bitter Virtue). Thick sediment in bottle which remained undisturbed on pouring. Almost clear with slight orange hue and thick head. Some spice, fruity alcohol in aroma. Quite sweet in the body with earthy notes, pumpkin just about there - seemed more seedy than flesh. Despite high alcohol presence Istill found this quite drinkable if a bit sweet.
