Jun 23, 2007 (Bottle 33 cl) Pours a clear, pale, amber golden with an off-white, lacing head leaving a beautiful, broad curtain of laces. Refined sherry-like aroma. Full-bodied with lots of fruit notes - overripe fruit also. Quite rounded and matured. The alcohol really shows in the finish. Lovely. 210607

Jun 3, 2007 Bottle. High creamy anb long lasting white head. Hazy yellow body with a good deal of carbonation. Fruity and barley malt aroma. Flavor light bitter fruity with some bitterness. Alcohol well hidden by the sweetness. Well balanced mixture of the sweet and the bitter flavors.

May 8, 2007 33 cl bottle. Yeast at the bottom. Cloudy amber colour with a little white head. Aroma of dried fruit and little sourmilk-like. Flavour of sweetness, fruity, caramel and littleyoughurt-like. Ends up with a warm feeling from the alcohol, very high persanality.
