| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 17, 2007 Hazy orange-gold hue, with an off-white head, leaving laces, fresh fruity yeast nose, of oranges and peaches, wih a cheesy note, hint of spiciness, pale malt aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a zesty sweet fruity yeast character, of oranges, peaches and ripe apples, with a dry floral hop accent, but with a strange detergent note, maybe comming from the yeast, leading towards a mild hops bitterness finish. Taste is orange Gatorade with the body of a soft-drink glass that has been left on the table for hours. Lifeless. I can only hope there was something wrong with my bottle, cannot be the age as it just arrived. I dismisje that beer. bu11zeye (5510), Frisco, Texas, USA

Medium head that leaves a good lace and a lot of yeast floating. So much that when you’re finishing the beer is completely brown. Aroma of molasses, spices, coriander, cinnamon and at the same time, wet soakedt earth. Taste of oranges, licorice, cake, different fruits and spices, clove, maybe some cardamom.
