Pours cloudy orange with medium head and active carbonation. Immediate and obvious aroma of tropical floral fruit. Closer nose of spiced apple. Sweeter than normal flavor for a tripel. Fruity, sweet, apple with a touch of cinnamon spice. Apple cinnamon strudel. Active carbonation in the palate with warming finish.

33cl bottle. Poured a medium and hazy golden color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of spicy apples, yeast, and generally on the fruity side. Tastes if fruity sweet apples, light spices with a very light alcohol finish (but no where near the 9%).

Thanks to Hopdog. Pours a very hazy apple cider with a small off white lacing head. Aroma of fruits, citrus and slight alcohol. Flavor of the same with some apples and alcohol at the end.

Vinegar, mustard, tarragon, vinous aroma with some sulfuric notes. Hazy muted yellow-tan body is topped by a decent and lasting white head that leaves some lace. Very tart, sour, peach flavour with moderate finishing bitterness. Missing the typical fruit and tannins of a classic tripel. Medium body with soft, fine-bubbled carbonation. Bottle sampled with GonZoBeeR, MartinT, Olivier_MTL and Rastacouere.

(Different newer label than in RB)
Very hazy orange-amber, lots of floating yeast, good steady white head. Nose has rye, citrus, sweet yeast and hints of alcohol. Medium to full bodied. Mouthfeel starts caramelly sweet, then turns citrusy bitter and finishes very hoppy. Aftertaste has loads of warming alcohol, bitterness and shade of sugar. Aroma doesn’t promise much, but this turns to be an enjoyable high alcohol ale.

The Lure:
Creamy meringue citrusy fruitiness bobbing on the prominent yeast. Linear and obviously effervescent.

The Festivities:
Sour citrusy sourness follows up the frothy push of carbonation and the somewhat chalky yeast. Hay-like malts are felt, but are mostly veiled and troubled. Either tired or lacking substance. Or both.

Transcendence:
Many objects lie in the back of the closet, never to be used again.

Decent white head over a murky pale golden body. Weird sour hay nose, slightly lactic and citrusy through limey, lemony and minty notes, but above all strange, phenolic, reminiscent of eggs soaked in vinegar. Heavy doughy yeast, DMS notes (corn), and slight sulphur undertones contribute to the global tireness of the beer. Light-medium bodied, tart, tannic, citric mouthfeel that has the mellow alcohol edge of a triple, but nowhere near the hopppiness. Hard to figure out from other ratings if the sourness is natural or not, but it is definitely fruity and not in the most pleasant way.
