UnsofistaCat (203), Garden City, Michigan, USA Jul 17, 2008 swamp water in appearence. weird and exotic tasting. little bit of pickel juice, but sweet. this may very well be the worst job of describing a beer on this site. moelikebeer (89), New Brighton, Minnesota, USA Jul 8, 2008 Bottle. Murky, dirty brown pour. Aroma of candi sugar, belgian yeast and mustard spiciness. Similar flavor with some hops, a slight sourness, and a more pronounced mustard quality. This is definitely one of the more interesting beers I’ve tried. Certainly unique, though not entirely pleasant. caesar (2444), Zeist, Netherlands Jun 26, 2008 Bottled, bought in Grobbendonk. Cloudy amber color, medium off-white head. Aroma of yeast, some mustard, slight sugar and hop. Slight sweet and bitter taste, quite dry and yeasty as well. Not brilliant. badlizard (1373), San Diego, California, USA Jun 19, 2008 Updated: Jul 4, 2008Tasted at the Real Ale VIP Session. This is one of the more interesting beers I’ve tried lately. Copper golden with a fizzy white head. Mustard, honey, and earthy grain aroma. Tart taste of honey mustard and raisin notes. Quite good. UselessGdTaste (352), Long Beach, California, USA Jun 16, 2008 My friend really thought this tasted like pickles. I didn’t detect the mustard that much, however it was present. Different, but the beer character comes through well enough to not simply make it pickle juice to me. Well done and unusual.
