| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Mar 2, 2008 Bottle. Pours a hazy golden colour with a fair head. Strangely sweet spiced mustard aroma. The flavour has yeast and mustard seeds with some spices and sweetness. Not such a good idea to put mustard (seeds) in beer. thewolf (5764), Kolding, Denmark

Pours a hazy golden without much head. Aroma is sweet, lots of flowers and the distinct mustard notes. A little thin and fizzy.Flavour is very limited, some yeast, the mustard flowers dominate what little there is. jcr (1155), Jasper, Indiana, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Feb 2, 2008 Not much to get excited about here. In fact, this was not all that enjoyable. Dark golden pour with small, white head that diminishes to pools of bubbles. Spicy aroma of coriander. Also notes of lemon, apple cider. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. There is a bret-like tartness and sourness that could be from the mustard seed. The medium body has a water texture. SpudClampDawg (1027), Jasper, Indiana, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Feb 2, 2008 If I hadn’t read the bottle, I would have no idea there is mustard seed in this. Pours a dull amber with a ring inducing head. Lots of cidery notes in both the nose and body - almost fusel at times. Thin mouthfeel, with a moderate dose of belgian sugar. Finshes slightly tart. Nothing real stands out to me - pretty boring and standard, except for the sour finish. DownsouthGav (602), Greater London, England
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jan 15, 2008 Nose of mustard, herbs and hops. pours an amber beer. Taste is somewhat muddles and the mustard seeds do not really lend well to this beer. My first experince with a mustard beer is not terribly good. beerinmarch (2791), Washington, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 9, 2008 Pours murky orange/brown with a small off-white head. Nose of candy sugar, yeast and citrus. The mustard isn’t all that noticable, well at least for me. I found it as a small burn in the nose, and a mild hotness in the finish. Dry and mildly acidic in the finish, through a long fruity ester display. Nice beer, a touch more herbal then a tripel, but along the same lines.
