Jan 7, 2007 Slightly yellow tinted. Delicate flowery, blossomy nose, quite a bit of rosewater, sherry-like hints, touch of alcohol and aroma of almonds. Sweet, sweet prunes, ending in a nutty ethanol-founded flavour. Has some hints of an aged beer, biscuit. Alcohol present, but not really powerful; oily, soft silky texture. Surprisingly fine tasting sake, seen that it is probably a crude export product for European barbarians buying in supermarkets.
