pinkzambia (889), Boise, Idaho, USA Aug 29, 2005 On Tap at Table Rock: Interesting. This one has a lemony zing to it that makes you want to say "hello!" It is clear gold in color with runny lacing. It is light on the hops. The feel is thin, but smooth. I liked this one as a "before dinner" beer. ontario102 (794), Boise, Idaho, USA Jul 31, 2005 Light, straw colored marzen that has initial sweetness followed by a clean, snappy spicy noble hopping; some musty, caramelly and slightly buttery maltiness; a well balanced marzen that could use more lagering BückDich (4559), Boise, Idaho, USA Jul 29, 2005 Bronze, light head, no lacing. Nose of light fruit, clean biscuit malt and some grassy hops. The flavor is lightly sweet, fruity, medium body. Rich buttery finish, good marzen but a bit of diacetyl.
