BückDich (4558), Boise, Idaho, USA Aug 30, 2006 Pint/Draft: Pours a light caramel color, pellucid with some nice head and lacing. The nose is light, some faint hops and malt shine through, but it’s clean. The flavor is balanced, almost pilsnerish with a nice body and some light doughy malts. Strong carbonation that’s typical with all Tablerock beers. Decent clean neutral finish. Pretty middle of the road with a bit of maltiness, no potato tast of course.
