(Rating #2683)

On tap at the restaurant-brewpub, honey gold color, with a small white head, with a yeasty lemony, honeyed pale malt nose with some faint cut straw, and grainy cereal accents, and a hint of floral hop in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a crisp honeyed pale malt, light citrus, lemon peel character, with a faint zesty, herbal, flowery hop note, leading towards a light hop leafy, lemony bitterness finish.

Sampled @ Bieres et Saveurs 09.09.07 : Dark yellow low carbonation. Light in body, low hop presence easy drinking beer but don’t expect much.

Bu sur place en fut (20 oz+), le 2 août 2009. Blonde peu claire, moyen collet.

A clear blonde beer with a thin creamy white head. A nice grainy malt with honey and light floral hops. In ,mouth, a good cereal malt, with light hops, quaffable and honest. On tap at brewpub July 25 2009.

My Bottom Line:
This pillowy and very malty Blond Lager’s honeyed cereals dominate its furtive herbal hops for a simple yet very drinkable pint.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A creamy veil of foam tops the hazy blonde.
-This is as clean as their other two brews.
-The mouthfeel could have been crisper, but sweet malt lovers will still appreciate this.
-The mouthfeel is as round and soft as their other two beers.

On tap at the brewpub.
