Commercial Description:
A surprisingly sweet and yet extremely robust stout that spills a soothing bouquet of caramel and light oats. The flavors are so rich and smooth that this TGB Sweet Stout can cool you on the hottest of days and warm you in the worst that winter can bring.

Bottle sample from Wesley TG Beer. Pours a very deep dark brown with interesting amber highlights and a nice rocky tan head. Nose is that of molasses with a bit of licorice and chocolate malts. Flavor is very malt driven with an underlying sweetness, and has peaks of cappacino, earth and smoke. I poured this a little too cold, it did have a bit more flavor when it warmed up a tad. All and all it’s a pretty good stout, something a little different from the norm.

A wonderfully rich stout with a sweet, smooth introduction. Deep-dark amber in color with a creamy head. Satisfying finish that balances the chocolate and coffee notes with the subtle creaminess of the body. A very drinkable stout!
