| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 25, 2007 Draft. Pours dark brown/black with some red highlights. Aroma is not very strong at all - smells watery but there is a hint of some malts and maybe choclate. Taste is pretty watery too with some chocolate and a bitter finish. Not bad. slimchill (781), Austin, Texas, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Feb 25, 2007 Draught at TBBC. Extremely smoky nose, some caramel malts. Appearence is dark and almost opaque with a thin white ring. HEAVY smoke, some chocolate and coffee. Way too smoky, like licking an ash tray. TampaBeer (191), Tampa, Florida, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jan 2, 2007 Draft at TBBC. Very dark brown pour, almost black with a pretty, thin tan head with gleeming white froth, like milk atop a fresh cappucino. Aromas of caramel, hour old coffee, vanilla, leather, big cocoa, roasted malts and a little oakiness. Taste was similar, focusing on the coffee and chocolate, somewhat stout-like. The palate of this beer is like an American porter, not the English style they were shooting for. Long roasty finish, damn fine porter. Probably the best beer they make. desurfer (1068), Pinellas Park, Florida, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 1, 2007 Dark brown body with no head. Aroma is light and faintly hoppy. Flavor is on the thin side, malty and sweet with little hoppiness. Finishes dry. Not bad. Ibrew2or3 (2766), Safety Harbor, Florida, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 11, 2006 Porter poured brown and after a minute lost its head. Very light aroma. There seems to be a hint of roasted malts. The mouth feel is a bit thin. The flavor is mostly burnt malts with a faint chocolate malt note. This beer could use a bit more depth to break it away from the standard one dimensional Porter flavor. I think the Baltic Porter has ruined me and now most standard Porters seem a bit lacking. jcwattsrugger (5572), Florida and, New Jersey, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 10, 2006 on tap-pours a tan head and black color. Aroma is dark malt-licorice. Taste is dark malt-coffee/chocolate, secondary hops bite. OK carbonation. kseecs16 (907), Naperville, Illinois, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Feb 20, 2006 Poured a dark brown with a tannish head that remained as a thin crest. Nice coffee, roasted/burnt malt aroma. Flavor was slightly sweet, a hint of cocoa, with a predominant roast nut and coffee bitterness that lingers. A very flavorful porter with a smooth mouthfeel.
