Draft... This beer rocks!... Lots of grapefruit and a touch of apricot in the nose. Malty flavor, but also citrusy and bitter. The stuff I sampled was a special batch of Impy IPA, weighing in at 8% ABV. An accident, but a wonderful one. World class stuff!

Draft - this version was an 8% I-IPA. Dark copper, thin white head (I think - it was kinda dark in there) Loads of bitter white grapefruit, some caramel, and a hint of fuzzy fruit. Bitter up front with a decent sweet malt backing throughout. Medium to full bodied, light carbonation, drying bitter finish. Thanks for the special hook ups Dave. Great brew.....

Draft--Cloudy copper with not head, must have been removed. Wonderful hoppy and citrus aroma. Gotta go with the bitter start and malty finish. Light carbonation. Nice. $4.00

On tap as Mad Hopper Claus and abv of 5.5%. Pours a clear deep copper with a one finger lasting off-white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma of citrus and floral hops with the perfect amount of sweet malt and caramel to balance things out. Taste is the same as aroma but more prominent packing a lot of flavor for a 5.5% beer. Medium mouthfeel with a moderate amount of bitterness. A damn fine brew.

Cask at the brewpub. Deep copper body with a creamy white head, very indicative of it’s casked home. Head has incredible retention, remaining on top of the beer the entire time. Nose is floral hops, bitter citrus hops, caramel/toffee malts, pine cones, grass, lemon zest and some woody/earthy notes. Flavor starts out heavily bitter, but still seems to be cut some by the casking, backed by a candy citrus sweetness and malts. Back of the throat brings in more malt sweetness but carries some nice bitterness as well that builds each time you drink it. Medium bodied, very creamy as well, a pleasure to drink. Finish is smooth, bitter and fruity, and super long. Wow. Great beer, one of their best!

Great hop, grassy aroma. Reddish brown to amber. Hoppy, crisp, some grass notes, and still taste some good malts in there.

Draft at TBBC. Dark copper pour, slightly hazy, with a silky tall white head, I can hear the carbonation popping as I lift the glass to my nose. Aroma is teeming with fresh grapefruit and pine needles, and enough malt to be noticeable and complimentary. Flavor is much the same, though less expressive. The mouthfeel is medium density, crisp and lively, probably due to less malt than the average double IPA they claim it to be. Finishes smooth and medium dry, but short. The aroma is the shining star in this beer. Well done, easy drinker.

Freaking Killer, this is just Stellar!
The pour is an amazing copper/amber with a bountiful frothy head. The palate is a silky & oily. The flavor has grapefruit cloaked around it with a nearly perfect bitter/sweet finish. I had this both hand pulled on cask, as well as on draft, the cask pulled was/is absolutely marvelous!
