May 21, 2009 On cask at TBBC. Cloudy honey-colored pour, foamy off-white head. Very citrusy (grapefruit) with a great hoppy aftertaste. A nice, soft mouthfeel typical of cask ales make this a great choice.

May 17, 2009 had this last year(08) poured amber with small white head. aroma hops, some alcohol, with some malts when it warms. flavor got some hops and malt with a little lemon at the finish. not this hop heads beer

Apr 1, 2009 En fût. Verre de dégustation directement à la brasserie. Arôme: Odeur d’houblon avec une pointe de céréales. Apparence: La couleur est orangée légèrement voilée. Présence d’un mince col crémeux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de pamplemousse avec une pointe de pin. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture huileuse. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Légère amertume d’houblon en arrière goût. (Rating #2285)

Mar 28, 2009 Light amber coloured body with an orange glow and a thinnish off-white head. Aroma of fresh hops - very nice aroma throughout! Medium-bodied; Nice & Bittering tastes of hops up front, complete with a good malt backbone. Aftertaste shows tons more hops - bittering and long lasting. Overall, better than most IPAs from a brewpub and better than a lot of bottled IPAs! I prefer this one to the I2PA also available at the brewpub! I sampled this beer on draught at Tampa Bay Brewing Company’s Brewpub in Tampa (Ybor City), Florida on 10 November 2007.

Mar 17, 2009 Sample at brewpub. Tap. Pours a mostly clear amber with a nice tacky sticky head and great lace. Aroma is lightly pine hints of mint and citrus and light pale malt. Flavor is orange peel, citrusy pnw hops, moderate hops all around and a very clean crisp finish. Solid standard IPA.

Feb 19, 2009 enjoyed on-tap at the brewpub. One of their beter ones, with Northern Brewer, Centennial and Cascade. The odour is c-hop but also odd. Cloudy yellow and lacey. Smooth and good bitterness.

Feb 17, 2009 On tap at the brewpub in Tampa Bay. Poured a hazy golden/orange color with a thin white head that disappeared into a layer of scum. The aroma was floral with a bit of grainy malt. The flavor was balanced, with a solid malt base and a citrus finish. The palate was average, with solid carbonation, a medium body and a slick mouthfeel.
