Aroma is alot of citrus (grapefruit), bordering on resinous, with light touches of wood and earth. not much malt detected in the nose. Taste is assertively hoppy with the typical cascade and centennial features- grapefruit, light floral notes, and earth..this is moderately bitter and it lingers nicely in the finish. Medium bodied, enough malt to back it up without getting too obtrusive. Very nice IPA, well done. mabel (2612), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
