Brewed as a traditional India Pale Ale. A highly hopped, medium-bodied, higher alcohol ale. This is a true hop-head beer. Generous portions of Northern Brewer, Centennial and Cascade hops complete this beer.

sampled at the brewpub. lightly hazy orange in color with a medium off white head. Aroma is alot of citrus (grapefruit), bordering on resinous, with light touches of wood and earth. not much malt detected in the nose. Taste is assertively hoppy with the typical cascade and centennial features- grapefruit, light floral notes, and earth..this is moderately bitter and it lingers nicely in the finish. Medium bodied, enough malt to back it up without getting too obtrusive. Very nice IPA, well done.

[939-20071206] Tap @ Tampa Bay Brewpub (Tampa, FL). Sweet hoppy citrus aroma. Clear, orange amber body with a medium-lasting foamy off-white head. Bitter sweaty grains flavour has a bit of lemon. Medium body is bitter. Nice hops, super bitter.

Cloudy orange tinted amber pour with a minimal white head. Nose is somewhat biscuity, with spicy and earthy hop notes. Nice full mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Substantial hop bitterness, could use a bit more hop flavor.

From tap at brewpub : Pours a almost clear medium dark color, with a quite nice rocky white head. A very hoppy aroma and taste. Leaves nice bubbly lacing. Thin to medium body with a nice smooth palate. Pretty good.

Had this brew many times while in Tampa. Pours a nice frothy head with a dark copper color. Very nice, sharp hop nose with some citrus overtones. Goes down very easy. Hop flavor is balanced and not too raw for me. I love this ipa more than dogfish head 60min IPA

On tap at the brewpub. Poured Copperish orange with a small head. Good citrus nose. Taste of NW hops a plus for me. A very solid IPA. It didn’t jump out at me as spectacular, but it had all the components, I like.

Cask. Pours a clear orange with a three finger off-white head that lasts leaving great lacing. Aroma of citrus hops and light sweet malt. Taste is the same as aroma. Medium mouthfeel with a good amount of bitterness. Not very complex but a very well done IPA.
