Aroma of citrus hops and a hint of sweet malt. Taste is the same as aroma with a hint of light caramel. Medium mouthfeel with a moderate amount of bitterness. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 29, 2007 Pours a light orange color, with a small white head. Mild floral hop aroma, some citrus makes its presence known as well. The hops were there in the taste too, a little bit spicy, almost minty as it passes through the palate. Very interesting brew so far. Easy to drink, and seemingly a new subtle flavor shows up in every sip. Pretty enjoyable, for a sometimes boring style.
