Commercial Description:
An American amber ale crafted by using the finest American pale 2 row malt available, combined with Munich malt, Crystal malt and a small amount of roasted barley for its trademark redish hue. The ale is then seasoned with Columbus boiling hops, plus Cascade and Tettnang for flavor and aroma.

Tap @ TBBC Pours copper/reddish, beige head. Aroma is malty, roasted, light hops with hints of citrus. Flavor, roasted malts, light caramel, malty notes in the finish coupled with a bitter hoppy palate.

Pours a nice amber. Nose is danky hops, citrus, pine, lemons, sweet toasty malt. Flavor is mild to say the least. Malty and mild hop presence.

Tap. Pours a clear amber with a small white head. Some light piney hop bitterness balanced with some slightly roasted munnich hops. Some rye and bread. Smooth. Crisp, an okay session beer but not terribly. Interesting

Light reddish golden coloured body with a thinnish off-white head. Aroma of malt, yeast and a bit of fresh citrus. Light-bodied; Shallow taste of malt and fruits with not much following behind. Aftertaste is light and refreshing, although a bit too short of real taste. Overall, probably the worst of the bunch from the brewpub, but that isn’t a horrible thing...since the beers were mostly good. You could pass this one up and feel good about everything else though! I sampled this beer on draught at Tampa Bay Brewing Company’s Brewpub in Tampa (Ybor City), Florida on 10 November 2007.

On tap at the brewpub in Tampa Bay. Poured a clear amber color with a thin off white head. The aroma was mainly of caramel, with earthy notes and a hint of nuts. The flavor was weak. The hop profile was strong, but the beer was lacking a solid malt base. Overall an average offering.

Draft at the brewpub. Clear amber color. Smells of sweet caramel malts. Taste is more hoppy than anything. Bitter, with a nice malt background and caramel sweetness. Very sticky lacing left down the glass and a nice finish. Solid amber.
