Commercial Description:
An American amber ale crafted by using the finest American pale 2 row malt available, combined with Munich malt, Crystal malt and a small amount of roasted barley for its trademark redish hue. The ale is then seasoned with Columbus boiling hops, plus Cascade and Tettnang for flavor and aroma.

The aroma is malty and a moderate amount of hops. The flavor is like the aroma. Everything else about this beer is just a little bit better than average. I like this one but it’s by no means a favorite.

Nice copper red in colour. Great head. Lots of carbonation. Went well with their IPA gumbo.

Copper, dark caramel body with nearly no head that leaves a slight white ring. Light aroma of hop. Medium, mild hop flavor with caramel, malt, citrus. Soft palate.

Draft at brewpub. Poured a copper color with a moderate white head that lasted and produced good lacing. Heavy hoppy aroma. Medium body. Medium balanced flavor with an average bitter finish. Good amber ale.

Mild hop aroma with a hint of citrus. Amber color with a limp head. Decent hop profile. Very spritzy and citrusy. Creamy mouthfeel.

Draft... Clear, burnt orange ale with a small, creamy, off-white head. Sweat, citrus fruit and caramel create the aroma. Moderately bitter flavor with tons of pink grapefruit and ounces of sweet caramel. Medium-bodied with a lightly creamy mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Finishes crisp and clean.

Not a red ale fan, pours a very dark red almost brown color thin head. Very bitter and hoppy but with a slight chocolate malt flavor, but just too hoopy and bitter the whole time.
