An exceptionally light colored ale fermented at lower than normal temperatures for a smooth, clean finish. You can expect a light bodied ale with a slight hop nose. This is in the style of a Kolsch that originated in Koln, Germany.

Ample fruity malt in the aroma. Golden with a firm two finger head. Very relaxed and mellow malt base. Had a bit of spritzy citrus int he aftertaste. A fine introduction beer for someone who has never had a micro.

Very clean aroma. Poured yellow golden. Crisp freshness, with a good botter finish.

Draft... Clear, yellow ale with a small, creamy, white. The malty nose is of spent mash, toffee and citrus fruit. Lightly malty flavor with toffee and light butterscotch. Well-hopped, medium bitter with lemon peel. Medium-bodied and creamy with fizzy carbonation. Finishes crisp and fairly clean with a little butter. Very nice for the style.. either a great batch or this beer’s underrated.

On tap at the Brew Pub. Poured a medium golden, yellow color with a small white head. Aromas and tastes. of lemons, and a little on the grassy side. Some yeast?

Golden/cloudy body with a thick white head. Smells not-so-good, kind of like a malt liquor, lots of grain and corn. Taste is equally unattractive, some hops, corn. Sampled on draught at Tampa Bay Brewing Co in Ybor City, FL

Golden color that looks all too mass produced. Rather simple sweet aroma and a general smoothness that shows they had enough skill to make it better than mega-swill, but not enough care to make it memorable.

Clear yellow color with a large snow white head. Aroma and flavor is malt with sweet fruit but very light in every way. Body was medium and creamy.
