Pours a very light blond with a slight yeasty haze and a diminishing white head. Aroma is lemony yeasty, doughy light citric wheat with slight tartness- light clove and ester profile. Wheaty doughy flavor with more citrus lemon and a bit pine sol- smooth body and finish- pretty good overall but not quite authentic enough. Sammy (4000), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 15, 2008 Draft @ TB Brewing: Pours a hazy banana yellow. Aroma is a little bit of steamed veggies on top of the telltale banana-yeast strain. Odd. Flavor is banana, some lemon citrus, bubblegum undertones and then a sweet, sticky, yeasty finish. It is what it is. BeerVirgin72 (778), Pataskala, Ohio, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 10, 2008 Tap at the brewery. Pours to a lightly hazy straw gold colored body with a thin white head and nice lacing. The flavor has a nice crisp wheat flavor with light but balanced cloves and banana with a tart wheat. A great flavored wheat. The aroma is a tart wheat and clove and a light baked banana. I love the tartness in the palate. Crisp wheat has a lingering texture and light dryness on the finish. Medium bodied. markwise (1179), 15 Minutes from Kuhnhenn in, Florida, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 2, 2008 Good beer; comparable to the Hoegaardedn they also had on tap. Respectable in color, aroma has lots of grassy, citrusy, spicey character while the beer is naturally a cloudy golden color. There is honey taste hidden in the aroma and the finish, even though it finishes slightly dry. A good TBBC beer.
