Sampled at brewpub. Pours a very light blond with a slight yeasty haze and a diminishing white head. Aroma is lemony yeasty, doughy light citric wheat with slight tartness- light clove and ester profile. Wheaty doughy flavor with more citrus lemon and a bit pine sol- smooth body and finish- pretty good overall but not quite authentic enough.

Enjoyed on-tap at the brewpub. Above-average, creamy mouthfeel, a lacey hefy with a wheat aroma. Cloudy bananna colour. Cloves. Suitable carbonation, though it is above average.

On tap at the brewpub in Tampa Bay. Poured a hazy yellow color with a two finger white head. The aroma was fruity, with citrus, banana and spice notes present. The flavor was malty, with banana and clove present. This was a solid Hef.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours a hazy light straw gold. fruity citrus peel and wheat aroma. Clean wheat taste with hints of banana, clove and citrus peel. I was a little underwhelmed by this.

Draft @ TB Brewing: Pours a hazy banana yellow. Aroma is a little bit of steamed veggies on top of the telltale banana-yeast strain. Odd. Flavor is banana, some lemon citrus, bubblegum undertones and then a sweet, sticky, yeasty finish. It is what it is.

Tap at the brewery. Pours to a lightly hazy straw gold colored body with a thin white head and nice lacing. The flavor has a nice crisp wheat flavor with light but balanced cloves and banana with a tart wheat. A great flavored wheat. The aroma is a tart wheat and clove and a light baked banana. I love the tartness in the palate. Crisp wheat has a lingering texture and light dryness on the finish. Medium bodied.

Good beer; comparable to the Hoegaardedn they also had on tap. Respectable in color, aroma has lots of grassy, citrusy, spicey character while the beer is naturally a cloudy golden color. There is honey taste hidden in the aroma and the finish, even though it finishes slightly dry. A good TBBC beer.
