Jun 2, 2008 Good beer; comparable to the Hoegaardedn they also had on tap. Respectable in color, aroma has lots of grassy, citrusy, spicey character while the beer is naturally a cloudy golden color. There is honey taste hidden in the aroma and the finish, even though it finishes slightly dry. A good TBBC beer.

May 18, 2008 Very smooth weizen. Great bready aroma with a bit of spice. This was my second favorite at TBBC aside from the porter.

Apr 13, 2008 On tap at the brewery on 4/5/08. Pours a clear golden with thin white head. Aroma of grapes, fresh fruit, ripe orange. Tastes of citrus (especially orange), ripe fruit, grass. Light crisp finish with a hint of spiciness.

Mar 24, 2008 Tap at brewery: Slight hazed golden hue with an okay head. The aroma has notes of banana, clove, bubblegum, wheat, butterscotch, and musty esters. The taste has twangy tropical fruits, mild grains, and slight spice finish. The mouth feel is refreshing and soft. Quaffable and met my expectations.

Mar 12, 2008 Draft. Golden/straw beer with an off-white head. Low aroma with light wheat, malt, and light spice. Wheat, light spice, lightly skunked flavor. Wheat, banana, and light spice lingering. Medium bodied. Lacking a bit of yeast characteristics - there, but could be more prevelant.

Feb 24, 2008 On tap at TBBC. Pours a milky yellow with an average creamy white head that laced. Aroma was a bunch of banana and clove, wheat and other fruits. Flavor was a bunch of banana and clove, crisp tart...overall a nice hefe.

Jan 27, 2008 Aroma is sweet and flowery. Appears yellow to amber but not completely clear. Has a nice flavor and very smooth on the palate. I like it! Overall a very nice weizen!

Jan 20, 2008 on tap-pours a retaining thin white head and straw color. Aroma is banana/clove, secondary wheat, spicy hops. Taste is banana/clove, wheat, spicy hops. Light body. Comes across as a cross between a Hefe and a Pilsner.
