[ Courtesy of Maria ]. Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a small to average, fizzy, good lacing, fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, cabbage water, nausea sweet malt. Flavor is light to moderate sweet with a average duration, finsh is acrid malty. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090316]

Aug 7, 2007 Blond color, nice perlage. Light malt aroma. Ordinary Lager, but well balanced. Simple, but here at 2200 m.a.s.l., with only trees water and goats around, every beer tastes better.

Mar 28, 2009 Thisted tasting. It is golden with a white head. The aroma has notes of cabbage, light malt and flower. The flavour has the same note of cabbage and light malt, flower and the finish is disturbed by a harsh citrus.

Oct 21, 2008 Bottle, bought @ Vinspecialisten, Kolding Storcenter.
Pours golden with a fine, creamy, white head. Aroma is sweetish, some brewing cereal, light hay and wet malts. Light lemon as well. Initially frothy and lively mouthfeel, but it soon mellows into near water. Flavour is very mild, some very slight sweet malts. An okay, grassy bitterness in the far finish. Not the worst of its kind.

May 10, 2007 12 oz bottle -pours a white head and yellow color. Aroma is malt, then medium malt-caramel. Taste is medium malt-caramel then doughy, secondary hops bite. Nice Vienna lager OK carbonation.

Apr 26, 2008 Bottle bought at Funder Delicatesse in Randers. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Clear yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light sweet flavor. Malty short light bitter finish. Watery palate. Not good.

Mar 22, 2009 33cl bottle @ OdenseBoldklub. Pours a clear yellow with a small white foam. Grain, corn and mais. Sweet & dusty old malts. Watery. Seems cheap and uncharming!

Oct 29, 2007 Bottle from a tutta birra.
Very pale, rather soft beer, some dusty hoppiness, more sweet than bitter. A helles rather than a pils. It is not very impressive, but it way above the standard Italian lagers.
