Commercial Description: A light, spiced, unfiltered wheat beer. The “white” refers to the haze caused by the yeast left in suspension. Curacao orange, ginger, and coriander add a pleasant complement to the tanginess provided by the wheat malt. A classic summer refresher, but tasty all year ‘round. SILVER MEDAL 2002 LA COUNTY FAIR ®
Pretty good wit. A little thin imo. Good spicing though after it warms up a little. Glowing gold with a large but loose white head. orange peel and coriander dominate. Nice hot weather drinker.
