Commercial Description:
Not for the hopophobic! This medium-bodied, slightly fruity golden ale was inspired by West Coast hop-heads. Big floral nose with plenty of hoppy dryness on the finish.

On cask at the Corona location. Pours golden with a creamy white head.. Slight floral and citrus hoppiness in the aroma.. Flavor had a slight lingering hop bite to it.. A hop bomb for the style but not overall.. Pretty good.

On cask at Brea location. An absolute surprise here. A great beer for the style. Color was a standard dull gold. Aroma was very floral with some bread; dry hop-like aroma. Flavor of flowers, yeast and a bit of citrus and caramel. Quite bitter for style. Nice creamy palate.

On cask at the brewpub on 12/3/06: Pours a slightly hazy bright golden with a wispy-lacing thin white head. Lightly sweet pale malty aroma has some floral citrusy hoppy notes. Body starts with good light sweetness and smooth mildly bitter grapefruity hoppy balance and a touch of honey. Very drinkable and refreshing with lots of flavor.
