Aug 18, 2006 On tap poured a clear golden color with a good lasting white head. Aroma was mostly citrus hops with a hint of malt sweetness. Taste had a brilliant hop presents with a good balance and small alcohol notes. Overall a great pale ale but not much of a blonde.

Aug 31, 2005 Clear golden appearance. Lemony hop aroma. Light palate, mild in body, strong citrussy grapefruit hop bite that takes over. Interesting twist on the golden style. Also tasted the cask version that displays the grapefruit citrus just as well but the smoothness and warmth lessens the harshness a little allowing a little balance from the malt.

Mar 20, 2004 Straw clored brew with a fluffy white head. Reminds me a little of AVBC Poleeko Gold.More of floral hop bite. Finishes with an herbal bitterness.

Mar 20, 2004 Gold color with medium sized off-white head. Mellow dry hop aroma. This had a beqautiful hop taste that wasn't too bitter at all. Nice big, dry finish.
