Feb 27, 2007 On tap poured a hazy golden/orange color with a nice almost white head. The aroma had some fruitiness from the yeast and a nice hoppy nose with a toch of caramel. Taste was full of hop flavor that balanced nicely with the caramel malts. Very well balanced and maybe the best example of the style that I have ever had.

Dec 18, 2006 Had it on cask at TAPS. Was not overwhelmingly hoppy at all. Evident malty presence. Aroma was floral-hops and light malt. Flavor was a little bland for my liking and not too complex

Apr 5, 2006 Nice and hoppy aroma but not too over the top good balance with malt. Nice clear color and very good maly flavor for the ESB type. A hair thin on the palate but good clean bitter finish
