Jul 23, 2009 From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange with a fully gone white head. Light estery fruity aroma, light acidic. Fruity and estery with a subdued wheaty touch. Dry wheaty flavoured finish.

Sep 11, 2005 Pours a hazy golden bronze with a puffy white and thinly-lacing head. Aroma is very authentic with lots of sweet banana and clove with a touch of lemony citrus. Body starts with nice wheaty, bready, and yeasty sweetness balanced with a touch of tartness and noble hoppiness in the smooth, crisp, bittersweet finish. A very good example of the style, especially from an American brewer.

Mar 20, 2004 Light gold color with a great ig head. Big banana tastes along with mellow, dry wheat. Finish was somewhat tart and sweet. Extremely good.

Feb 7, 2008 Pours an orange yellow with no head. Aroma is lots of banana and vanilla. Lots of fruity esters. Banana dominates but is accompanied by clove and vanilla. Moderate carbonation and a crisp finish with a lingering fruit. A really nice hefe.
