Tap poured a hazed red color with nice sized off white head. Aroma was mostly caramel with some notes of yeast, chocolate and toffee. The flavor had a nice maltiness with some fruity yeast notes. No noticable bitterness of hop flavor.

Growler courtesy of a trade with dirty_martini. Pours a clear copper with a thin saltine colored head. Lots of large carbonation bubbles clinging to the sides of the glass. Pleasant aroma of caramel malt. Flavor is again caramel malt with a very light touch of milk chocolate as well. No hops to speak of. Very smooth and easy to drink. A nice session beer for the 4th of July.

Poured a clear copper color with an off-white head. Light caramel malt aroma with some nutty notes. Nutty malt flavor. Light citrus and fruity. Light to medium bodied.

12-oz (left over from WBC ’06). Pours dark reddish amber with a rapidly diminishing white head. Huge wet bread and yeast on the nose, with a little malt sweetness under. Medium body, minimal carb. A little sweet on the attack, then almost nothing after that. This seems like an unfinished effort.

This is another clear colored amber ale. Nothing really bad, but there was nothing of note that reached out and grabbed me.

Copper pour with a slight roasted aroma. Definite toast flavor overpowering this brew. Dry finish. Nothing special.
