marchcow (482), Coralville, Iowa, USA May 21, 2008 Just found a bottle (and 6 packs) available while travelling at a Migros supermarket. A nice surprise and a cool shaped bottle. Aroma is light fruity malt - not strong. Color is a tea like brownish red with a foamy head that sticks decently to the glass. Flavor is decent for a red-amber ale. Salty roasted malt with light cheesiness. Bitter duration and a mildly creamy palate. Flavor in this bottle lingered on. The best bottled beer I’ve had in Turkey and outstanding in comparison to the available pale lager competition. Good job Taps! thraki (1), thraki, Turkey does not count Dec 30, 2007 first dry ale retail in the turkish brewery market, reached every corner. too sweet and weak taste at all.. Thomas_E (4814), Copenhagen, Denmark Oct 19, 2007 Clear orange, amber colour with a small off white head. Malty, caramel sweet aroma with notes of fruit and hops. Toffee sweet flavor with fruity sweet notes. Light dry finish with hoppy notes. uhre (231), Denmark Jul 13, 2007 A sad beer, but it’s not easy to find good beer in turkey. It’s red and the flavor is a bit malty. fiulijn (5860), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy May 1, 2007 Draught at the brewpub in Atiye Sokak, Istanbul Amber color. Dry Ale, even weak, with some caramel. Too simple.
