On tap at Brea location. Color was a clear golden with an average white head. Aroma of bread, biscuit malt and grain. Flavor was much of the same. For the style it really brought forth alot to like. Surprisingly decent beer overall.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is light cornish. Light cornish and crisp hoppy flavoured. Very subtle bitterness coming through. Crisp bitter finish.

On tap poured a clear golden color with a nice fluffy white head and good lacing. The aroma was clean and lager-like with a light hop aroma. The taste was super clean and refreshing with some clean malt flavors backed by a dry finish. Well balanced with just enough bitterness. Overall an excellent example of the Kolsch style.
