Feb 8, 2007 Poured a clear copper color with a small off-white head. Malty aroma with caramel notes. Dull but not bad. Malty caramel flavor that was strong from front to back. Mild bitter finish and a CO2 bite.

Oct 23, 2004 Copper colored brew with a nice off white head. Decent head retention. Thick malty nose, very bready. Med./light creamy almost doughy body. Good slightly sweet front, full and malty with a medium hop bitterness coming in near the middle. Finishes smooth and crisp.
