Bottle, 330ml, bottle conditioned. A cloudy dark brown/red colour with a huge foaming brown head. An initially strong aroma of caramel, peach and grape but it dissipates quickly. Taste is pretty complex: barley, caramel. peach, grape, a little hoppy, a little cocoa, yeast and some roasted/burnt malt. Very sweet with some alcohol burn. A strong bitter, citric finish. High carbonation. Despite the high alcohol content, this is really drinkable stuff! Another Tarka brew that I will be sure to have again.
