Bottle, 500ml, bottle conditioned. A cloudy dark ruby colour with a large brown head. Aromas of orange, plum, hops and yeast. A malty, fruity taste with hops, caramel and some alcohol noticable. A slightly sweet, slightly watery, moderately bitter finish. Some sourness becomes evident towards the bottom of the glass. Moderate carbonation. There’s something good and unique about the taste that I can’t put my finger on. I liked it.
