Tallahassee, Fl. - Wing Stop Restaurant - on tap. Medium golden pour, soft white head. Pretty neutral aroma - pick up some fresh lake water notes, a hint of citrus. Some creaminess in the flavor and noticeable saaz hoppiness. Some buttery notes round it out with a hint of spiciness. Mouthfeel is surprisingly thick and creamy. Surprise find at this little restaurnat that every once in a while has some new taps.

Draught (Busch Gardens, Tampa): Pours medium golden with a 1.5 inch white head that lasts 5 minutes. Aroma of a good skunky pils, with malt and saaz hops overpowering. Flavor is bitter and sweet/skunky and a little gummy. Medium body with above average carbonation. Finish is toasty malt, and bitter.

On tap in the Hospitality Room at the A-B Brewery, Jacksonville Florida. Clear golden yellow beer with a medium white head that fades after a short while. Light floral hop aroma. Flavor is lightly sweet pale malts, with a good hop flavor, then a clean finish. Fair amount of carbonation. Not spectacular or memorable, but certainly drinkable and decent.

Draught into Tarpon Spoon footed pilsner on holiday. Not bad for A-B. Notes of citrus in aroma with a clean crisp flavour.

On tap in Sarasota Florida Clear golden yellow with a decent head. Nose is of citrus fruit and some hops. Nice clean refreshing beer with a mild citrus zing. Not much aftertaste. Decent body.
