Aug 21, 2005 Canned. Aroma is just grain and that’s it. Golden color, small frothy hea, few lace. First sip made me go "Yuck!". Just grain and alcohol bitterness. After a few sips more it became less bad but still grain and a nasty bitterness that stays forever with a hint of apple in it. I think the fact that it had a light body instead of the syrupy body of most european strong lagers made it actually taste a bit better.

Mar 4, 2005 Dark yellow with disapearing head. No lacework )-: Fruity, sulphury aroma. Rather malty taste, but no hops to balance the alcohol and the maltiness. If this one had some hoppiness, it would have been good. Now, it is just another boring strong lager....
