| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 18, 2008 Can from the Dodgi’ Deli, Cowley Road, Oxford. Had this 17-03-08 Warm almost orangey golden in colour with a bubbly head and continuing carbonation. This lager has some poke in the strength stakes but surprisingly the alcohol is not the harsh beast that I was anticipating. Reasonable chewy maltiness and if truth be told a bit sweet at times, lacking in hops but I actually didn’t mind this and was rather surprised to see it score so lowly. I would happily have one again.
